we create a better WORLD.
One Person

One Community
…at a time.

Our Mission

Our primary goal at REBYLT is to improve the lives of children, adolescents and adults, ages 5 – 35, who are affected by mental health challenges. We do this by creating better life opportunities through comprehensive health services, high quality care, innovative programs, and cooperative community partnerships.

WHAT WE DO BEST

Life happens to all of us. We specialize in early recognition and diagnosis of social and emotional challenges, which is necessary for the best future. This allows us to take preventative and restorative approaches to improve the outcome of treatment. We can help you, your family and your life get to a place of harmony. Our loving, understanding professionals work with you to restore your well-being, and equip you with tools to conquer challenges in the future, and prevent situations from impacting your well-being.

WE DO EVERYTHING BETTER!

Yes, we are an Outpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) Agency. Yet, REBYLT is so much MORE! When you or your loved one joins REBYLT, you join a TEAM! We empower our team members without regard to: race, age, sex, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or economic status.

We immediately evaluate every team member’s current state of well-being, home, community, social, and school/work life to create a Plan of Potential(P.O.P.). The P.O.P. guides the services and assistance we will provide to reach individualized measurable goals. This crucial plan is our blueprint to put every team member’s life on a path to improve and POP!

We offer Home, School and Community Based Therapeutic Services to all our team members. This prevents out of home placement and enables our team members to work towards building a better well-being while maintaining their normal activities. Meeting our team members where they are allows us to engage the stakeholders in each of their lives who will assist and empower them to achieve individualized goals to make their live better.

The REBYLT C.I.R.C.L.E.

These core values define and guide our individual skills development for each team member. We believe in teaching the value of good character which develops integrity. With this, our team members obtain respect from their peers and stakeholders. These individuals, in turn, trust them in roles of responsibility. In being consistent with these responsibilities they develop lifelong leadership skills. This cycle develops value and esteem for self and others. This concept has proven SUCCESS in the lives of individuals of all ages.

Positive Paths

E

A study of youth development programs show that the majority of all successful programs contained three key elements:

E

Positive and sustained relationships between youth and adults.

E

Activities that build important life skills.

E

Opportunities for youth to use these life skills as both participants in and as leaders of valued community activities.

E

Studies show that behavior, attitudes, and relationships improve when a youth has a mentor. Mentors help children grow and close the social and/or economic opportunity gap.

E

Research shows youth involvement in a sport and/or extracurricular activity helps them to improve their social interaction, increase their confidence, and improve their listening skills and health.

E

Higher overall productivity

E

Better educational outcomes

E
